VAC focuses on the mind-body relationship of a person. We provide integrative approaches that understand and deal with the ways issues in one aspect of an individual can lead to concerns in various areas of daily life.

VAC practices trauma-informed therapy and LGBTQ+ affirming therapy and, cooperates with experts in related fields.

VAC therapists are trained art therapists and weave creative modalities such as visual artmaking, sensory work, and writing into traditional talk therapy.
